By downloading or using B1nary, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of the app

B1nary is an educational platform designed to help you prepare for IT certifications. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use B1nary. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You may delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete Account.

In-app purchases

• B1nary offers non-consumable in-app purchases for course access. They are one-time payments and do not renew.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
• You can restore previous purchases at any time using Restore Purchases in the app.

Intellectual property

All content within B1nary — course materials, flashcards, quiz questions, graphics and the app itself — is owned by B1nary and protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission.

B1nary is an independent educational product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body. Specifically:

All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Completing a B1nary course does not constitute or guarantee official certification. Certification exams must be taken through the respective certification bodies.

Disclaimers

B1nary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that course content will result in passing any certification exam.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B1nary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
